NOTE (SET TIME DATA CHANGE ONLY)

As of the beginning of next year I will no longer be recording weather observations at 0000 (12am), 1800 (6pm) and 2100 (9pm).

I will continue recording weather at 0900 (9am) and 1500 (3pm) basically only for quality control reasons.

This will in NO WAY affect my daily minimum and maximum observations. Thus, this monthly weather report will remain unchanged for the near future at least.

The reasons I have decided to reduce the amount of weather data that I record is due to the lack of interest in this area. And also due to the amount of time it takes to up-keep these records.
