| ~ Sat 3rd - My mate Tim went up chasing snow that may have fallen the previous night. He said snow was confined to | |||||||||
| above 1400m & Polblue (1450m) had a wet 5cm cover with heavy cloud/fog hugging the main range. Temps remained | |||||||||
| between 1 & 2°C. Campers at Polblue said snow began falling around midnight & early morning saw an 8cm cover. | |||||||||

| ~ Mon 5th - Small hail was reported from some parts of the Port Stephens coastal areas, Bobs Farm & Lemon Tree | |||||||||

| ~ Sat 10th - Heavy morning fog cleared briefly before rolling back in & dropping visibility to 300m by 1130. Fog cleared | |||||||||
| rapidly again shortly after due to light rain. | |||||||||
| Instrument Additions | |||||||||
| ~ Added a 'Ferrite Supressor' to my AWS cable in order to prevent erronous data as a result of close lightning strikes. | |||||||||
| ~ Purchased the necessary equipment to fix my AWS rain gauge. Should be fixed & re-located with additional current | |||||||||
| rainfall data added to my website in the next few weeks. | |||||||||
| ~ Finally purchased myself a digital SLR still camera (Canon EOS 350D). Hoping to capture myself some nice weather & | |||||||||
