Reports |
|
|
~
Wed 28th (Feb) - Large hail reported from several areas between Maitland
& the coast from 1700 to 1800. Largest I've |
heard reported was from Berry Park at
6.5cm. |
|
|
~
Tue 20th - I inadvertantly core-punched a storm through Hexham at 1800. I
observed ~2cm hail, torrential rain & |
some strong winds. South bound lanes were
flooded by ~1 foot of water in patches. I heard another report from |
the same area of 3-4cm hail which wouldn't
surprise me. My car received 3 small dents on the bonnet. |

Min & Max Thermometers - Purchased Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) standard
thermometers to test the accuracy |
of my thermometers. Unable to test in my
Stevenson Screen yet (too small), but my grass min thermometer has so |
far always remained within 0.2°C which I
am very happy with. |
